ITP – Beadlock Rings & Hardware, including replacement SD10 beadlock rings and beadlock bolt kits. A beadlock wheel only works if the ring and hardware are right, and this is where you replace them. The ring mechanically clamps the tire bead to the rim instead of relying on air pressure, which is what lets you run single-digit pressures for a huge contact patch in rock and sand without spinning the tire on the rim or blowing a bead off in a hard turn. Rings take the abuse on a beadlock wheel — they are the first thing to hit a ledge — so having a spare ring and a fresh bolt kit on the shelf is normal maintenance, not an upgrade. Bolts stretch and back out under heat cycling and impact, so replace them as a set rather than mixing old and new, and always torque in a star pattern to spec, then re-check after the first ride and after any hard hit. Matching the correct ring to your ITP wheel model and diameter matters; ring bolt-hole counts and patterns are not interchangeable between wheel families. Keep grit out of the threads and the joint stays sealed and true. Keep a spare ring and bolt kit on the shelf before you need one.
