The WSM replacement impeller shaft for early 1503 4-Tec Sea-Doo platforms is the heart of a solid pump rebuild on 2002–2003 GTX models and select jet boats. These first-generation 4-Tec craft introduced four-stroke power to the Sea-Doo lineup, and many are still in use today as dependable cruisers and tow rigs. Over time, the original shaft can show spline wear or slight bending that leads to vibration and reduced pump efficiency, especially when paired with a worn wear ring.
- Fits 1503-powered GTX 4-Tec, GTX SC, GTX LTD SC, GTX Wake, Speedster 200, and Sportster 155 applications
- Helps restore proper impeller alignment and smooth driveline operation
- Constructed from strong, corrosion-resistant materials for long life in fresh or salt water
- Works well with stock impellers or performance upgrades for towing, cruising, or light performance use
- Recommended any time a high-hour pump is rebuilt or major driveline service is performed
Before installing this shaft, inspect the pump bearings, seals, carbon ring or carrier seal system, and engine coupler to make sure the entire driveline is ready for more seasons of service. Carefully cleaning mating surfaces and following proper torque specs will help the shaft run true and keep vibration to a minimum. With this WSM component in place, your early 4-Tec Sea-Doo can continue delivering smooth acceleration and reliable thrust for family rides and weekend adventures.
