Yamaha 1100 ’95-97 cylinder sleeve made from chrome-moly alloy. Outside diameter precision centerless ground. Ports cut to precision dimensions and shapes for ease of installation and port match-up. Inside diameter must be bored and honed to size piston after installation. As an optional service you may send your cylinder to Atlantic Jet Sports for re-sleeving and piston set up additional fee applies and new piston needs to be on hand at time of service. Manufactures Note: Original block has a replacement sleeve. Heat the cylinder to remove the sleeve. Reheat the cylinder to install the new cylinder sleeve.
