Rear suspension linkage is the hardest working pivot set on a dirt bike: it sits low, takes direct roost and water, and multiplies wheel force through small needle bearings that most riders never grease. When those bearings dry out and start to notch, the shock cannot follow small movements, the rear end packs in braking bumps, and the bike squats and kicks instead of settling. Complete linkage bearing kits supply the needle bearings, inner sleeves, seals, and thrust washers to rebuild every pivot at once, which is the only way to get the free, consistent motion the shock valving expects. A rebuilt linkage also protects the shock and swingarm bores from taking the load and wearing oval. Press sleeves in with the right driver and pack the needles fully before assembly.
