Description
Riders who have outgrown a tail bag but do not want the bulk of hard cases usually land on the Coyote. Giant Loop’s original rackless saddlebag design lets the 39 liter Gray version strap directly over the rear fender and seat area, no drilling, no bracket kit, and no added width from a pannier frame poking out past the bike’s natural lines.
- 39 liters (2,380 cubic inches) split between two connected buckets, enough for tools, camp gear, and spare layers on a weekend loop.
- About 62 inches from end to end and roughly 5.8 pounds total, keeping the weight low and spread wide rather than piled up high.
- Bomb Shell fabric construction resists abrasion from rock strikes, brush, and the occasional drop.
- Highly water resistant by itself; fully waterproof when packed with the included Dry Pods.
- Three RF-welded, air-valve Dry Pods included for sealed, organized internal storage.
- Hot Springs Heat Shield (laser-cut aluminum with a stainless clamp) included to keep the bag away from hot exhaust components.
- Rear-only mounting, so there is nothing bike-specific to source before it will fit.
Gray hides trail dust better than black on long dirt-road stretches, which is a small thing until you are three days into a trip. The Coyote suits dual-sport and adventure bikes without racks and comes off the bike in a few minutes if you would rather carry your gear into a motel room than leave it mounted overnight. IPD Racing keeps the Gray Coyote in stock for riders who want a dependable, quick-mount saddlebag.
