Description
This Magnesium-finish Henry/Reed EVO handlebar keeps the same bend as the Black version while giving riders a lighter-colored option that shows less wear on lighter graphics kits. It carries all the structural advantages of the unbraced EVO body, just with a different look bolted to the same bar.
What makes it worth the swap:
- Unbraced design removes the crossbar so the whole bar flexes evenly and soaks up hits instead of bouncing energy back at your hands
- 7000 series aluminum alloy with a computer-profiled 4 mm wall shaves weight while independent lab fatigue testing shows it outlasting braced competitor bars
- Rated up to 25 percent lighter and 45 percent stronger than comparable braced handlebars from other brands
- Consistent wall thickness from bend to bend keeps flex predictable instead of stiff in some spots and floppy in others
- Anodized or powder-coated finish (per colorway) resists scuffing from boots, levers, and crash damage
Between the finish and the bend, it is a solid option for riders who want something a little different from the crowded SX Race and Carmichael shapes without giving up EVO’s flex advantage.
Because the EVO body is unbraced, standard oversized bar pads and most clamp-on accessories still mount up fine, you are only changing how the bar itself flexes, not the mounting footprint.
