Description
Renthal’s Tapered Dual Compound Grip takes the same two-layer compound as the standard version and reshapes the profile so the grip tapers toward the throttle side, giving a rider a bit more room to move a hand without losing hold. The Grey/Black colorway runs the familiar 1/2 waffle texture over that tapered shape.

The taper on this grip is a shape difference, not a compound difference, so riders get the same firm-base, soft-surface dual compound as the standard grip, just distributed across a profile that narrows toward the throttle side.
Installation follows the same process as any glue-on grip: clean the bar, apply grip cement, slide the grip into position, and let it set before riding. The tapered shape does not change that install process at all.
