Sized to match the XR50 platform, this bend keeps a young rider’s controls and grip position proportional to a small frame instead of borrowing geometry meant for a full-size machine. This is a 7/8 inch ProTaper SE handlebar built for Honda XR50 mini bike owners, and this particular unit is finished in a deep jet black anodized coat that disappears against black plastics and grips for riders who want the bar to blend in rather than stand out.
Under the finish, the engineering is the same across the SE line:
- Consistent wall thickness along the tube helps the bar flex predictably under load instead of developing a soft spot near the clamp area.
- Anodized finish resists fading and corrosion better than raw or painted aluminum, so it still looks right after a season of dirt and pressure washing.
