Renthal – Front Sprockets - KTM / Husqvarna / GasGas, including grooved 520 sprockets for KTM SX, SX-F, EXC, XC and XC-W models, 415 gearing for 50 SX, MC50 and TC50 minis, 420 for 65 SX and 428 for 85 SX, the Austrian and Spanish platforms share a huge amount of driveline hardware, so one shelf covers a wide spread of two-stroke and four-stroke machines. Full-size KTM, Husqvarna and Gas Gas models take 520 pitch grooved countershaft sprockets in 11 through 14 tooth, spanning the 91-24 125 to 530 EXC, EXC-F, SX, SX-F, XC, XC-F and XC-W range, the 08-19 Gas Gas EC, XC, FSE and SM 200-450, the Husqvarna 250-610 TC and TE, and the 08-14 450 SMR supermoto. The grooved tooth design clears mud and sand so the chain seats cleanly, and hardened steel keeps tooth profiles true through enduro grit and moto whoops. Gearing choice here is a tuning tool: fewer teeth up front for steep hillclimbs and technical single track, more for wide-open desert and supermoto. Accurate machining also keeps chain wear even and drivetrain noise down. Enduro and moto riders in this family often carry two front sprockets per weekend.
