ProTaper SE Windham/RM Mid Handlebar, Red – 7/8 Inch MX and Off-Road Bar
The Windham/RM Mid bend gives you a taller rise and a bit more pullback than a stock bar, which opens up room to stand and attack rough terrain without feeling cramped over the front end. This is a 7/8 inch ProTaper SE handlebar built for full-size MX and off-road riders who want a taller, roomier stance, and this particular unit is finished in a deep red anodized coat that matches red-accented graphics kits and number plates without looking mismatched next to OEM red plastics.
The SE series earns its reputation on a short list of real construction details:
- Crossbar clamps are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum, not stamped, which keeps tolerances tight where the pad and clamp meet the tube.
- Bend geometry is measured and repeatable, so a replacement bar in the same part number sits exactly where your old one did.
- Anodized finish resists fading and corrosion better than raw or painted aluminum, so it still looks right after a season of dirt and pressure washing.
- Tube is high-strength aerospace aluminum alloy rated at 70,000 psi, so it takes hard impacts and G-outs without folding or denting like a lower-grade bar.
